We offer a wide range of home repair and ehancement services, including:

  • Safety bar installs
  • Minor drywall repairs
  • Interior painting
  • Trim repair/installs

  • Interior shade installs
  • Shower door installs

  • Gaezbo/Pergola installs
  • Minor grout and tile repair

Basic rates for these type of services are 100/hr for project lead and 85/hr for each additional tech or laborer with a two hour minimum for all service calls

We offer a 15% discount for clients 65 and over


Many home or commerical projects can be complex enough to require a skilled carpenter but don't really warrant the need for design services, extensive plans or sometimes even permits. Our skilled team of trades persons is dedicated to delivering top-notch craftsmanship without this additonal overhead.

Some of the services we offer that fall into this category are:

  • Siding repair/installs
  • Exterior insulation install
  • Bathroom refresh/remodels
  • Flooring installation
  • Major tile repair/installs
  • Major drywall repair/restoration
  • Wall instalation/removal

Basic rates for these type of services are 145/hr for a lead carpenter and 100/hr for each additional tech 

We offer a 15% discount for clients 65 and over
